In May 2007 Enovation Resources acquired 100% of the shares of Sussex Energy Limited. This acquisition both strengthened the Enovation Management and Technical team and provided considerable acceleration to our N. Sea activity. We will continue to use the Sussex Energy name for holding our N. Sea assets and licenses.
