Enovation announces the start of a three well drilling program in the Gulf of Mexico, West Cameron blocks 225 & 369 and the mobilisation of jack-up rig Ocean Crusader.

The company finalises a USD 15 million loan agreement with a London-based institutional investor with significant oil and gas related experience.

Enovation acquires Sussex Energy, and employs Richard Morgan, Nigel Platt and David Went, thereby expanding the management and technical team with several key employees. November 2006 The company signs a long term alliance agreement with Reservoir Evaluation Services AS ("RES”), an oil & gas consultancy giving the company access to broad geological, geophysical, reservoir and production expertise. RES is part of the Ability Group ("AGR”).

September 2006
The company signs a long term alliance agreement with Reservoir Exploration Technology ASA ("RXT”), a marine geophysical company specialising in multi-component seismic sea-floor acquisition, giving the company access to services at preferential rates and availability.

The company signs a letter of intent with Endeavour International Corporation, agreeing to work together for their mutual benefit. Enovation and Endeavour will jointly review assets that may benefit from a technology driven approach, in both Endeavour asset areas and new joint development opportunities

June 2006
The company enters into a definitive agreement with Breton Energy LLC for the formation of a joint venture, Seaborne Energy, to pursue the evaluation and development of certain offshore Gulf of Mexico blocks. The company secures funding via convertible loan notes enabling it to complete its agreement with Breton, finance its joint venture obligations and pursue other opportunities.
