announces well spud in the Gulf of Mexico.

Enovation Resources today announces the mobilisation of jack-up rig Ocean Crusader for the imminent spud of well OCS-G-0900 #7 in West Cameron lease 225, offshore Gulf of Mexico.

The well, operated by Houston-based Breton Energy LLC, will target a gas accumulation in shallow water some 40 miles off the Louisiana coast.

Richard Morgan, Exploration Director of Enovation, commented as follows: 'This is the start of our multi-well program with Breton in the area and forms an important stepping stone for Enovation's worldwide operations as we progress towards our objective of achieving near-term production.'
